What is the MURPH Challenge?
The National University Student Veteran Organization is hosting a "Mini-Murph" challenge to raise awareness for the 22 veteran suicides that happen each day. In addition, this will be a day of honor and remembrance for those who have fallen. The "Mini-Murph" challenge will consist of 5 pull-ups, 15 push-ups, and 22 body squats.
Lieutenant Mike Murphy's workout regime has changed the lives of many, now it's our turn to make an impact and accept the challenge!
Want to Volunteer?
NUSNA is proud to help support our Student Veteran Organization by offering a unique opportunity to receive volunteer hours. If you attend this event on either day and participate in their "Mini-Murph" we will supply you with a letter of volunteer recognition for one hour. If you are able to bring 3 additional individuals that are willing to participate with you, we will supply you a volunteer letter for a total of 3 hours. This challenge should take you and your friends no longer than 20 minutes to complete and will allow you the opportunity to build your portfolio by receiving an official volunteer letter. Please join us as we help bring awareness to veteran suicide and support this courages community!
